Shipping Policy

At this time, we ship via DHL and USPS, no overnight or express shipping options are available at this time but we look to having it in the future. For Alchemy items shipping from the U.K., please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and shipping, and an additional 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.  For Demonia Shoes and Boots, please allow 3 - 4 days for order processing, and 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. We currently only ship to the United States.

Your items may arrive in separate shipments depending on the items ordered and what warehouse or distributor they are coming from, or if items are on backorder. This will not affect your shipping costs.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a product return. In the case of product defects that have been returned, Gothic Galore will pay for the shipment of the replacement product.
