RETURN POLICY - ALCHEMY GOTHIC ITEMS

ALL SALES FINAL -- WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Gothic Galore will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt and returned merchandise must be postmarked and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Shipping of the replacement item to the customer will be paid by Gothic Galore.

To begin the return process, please send an email including your order number and a description of the situation to orders@gothicgalore.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made if the item received was damaged or incorrect merchandise was sent. We will issue either a DHL or USPS return label so that you may return your item without having to pay for the shipping fees. We will ship a replacement item at no additional charge if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will issue a full refund. Exchanges can only be made if the item received was damaged or incorrect merchandise was sent , otherwise, you will need to return your merchandise as referenced in our return policy, and place another order with us for the item you would like.

TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS, please send an email including your order number and a description of the situation to orders@gothicgalore.com. Returns shipped back prior to receiving return authorization from us will not be accepted and the refund will not be given.  Please allow 1 business day for us to respond to return inquiries
