Gothic Galore accepts
MasterCard, Visa, Money Order, Paypal, and
Personal Checks(held for 2 weeks to clear)

Returned or Refused
orders
Due to the increase in
shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your
account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package
being returned or refused without prior approval.
Privacy Policy
Gothic Galore does not share
customer information including email or postal mail addresses
with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email
sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information
on the orders received. We do our own bulk postal mailing.
Typographical
Errors
In the event a product is
listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due
to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our
suppliers.
Gothic Galore will attempt to contact you before canceling the order or item that is
incorrect.
Information on our web site is updated daily and will always be the most current. Our
catalog is in production for 3 to 4 weeks and prices can and do change after mailings.

electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order. We at Gothic Galore reserve the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept or decline your order. Gothic Galore reserves the right at any

after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to change the price as stated by
the policy: Prices Subject to Change without Notice.
Sales Tax
Gothic Galore is required to
automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for
orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Louisiana. Each customer
shall be solely responsible for all sales tax, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any
other
state or country.

Prices are subject to change
without notice.
Prices on our website will be the the most current.
We print our catalog twice a year so many items have
price changes or have been discontinued.

Back order Policy
Retail orders:
When an item is backordered here at Gothic Galore our typical course of action is to ship
it as soon as it comes in. However if the items value is under $5.00 we will notify you to
reorder the item along with an estimated due date.
