Order Processing

Orders must be placed through our secure checkout process only. We do not accept orders or payments via phone, mail, or email at this time.   Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

For Alchemy items, most orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of receipt, please allow an additional 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.   During holidays, order processing and shipping may be delayed.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Exceptions would be on backordered items.
